The service was exceptionally friendly, with a special touch of a personalized surprise for celebrations. The dining experience offered plenty of choices and was highlighted as the best on a Colombia trip. However, the noise level was a drawback at times.

My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms, although small, were spotlessly clean and cozy. I loved the open concept and having a private balcony. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff always ready to help out. The location along Circunvalar Avenue/Carrera 13 was superb, close to Pereira town center and surrounded by the bustling shopping area. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. Overall, a great value for money!
